About Vermont

Vermont is bordered by Massachusetts to the south, New Hampshire to the east, New York to the west, and the Canadian province of Quebec to the north.

As of the most recent U.S. Census in 2020, Vermont has an estimated population of approximately 623,000 people, making it the second smallest state in the country after Wyoming. The largest city and capital is Montpelier, but the most populous city is Burlington, located in the northwestern part of the state.

The state is known for its beautiful natural scenery, including the Green Mountains, Lake Champlain, and the many small towns and villages that dot the landscape.
